Pumpkin Smoothie

Great way to start the day--pumpkin and sweet potato smoothie, full of Vitamin A.


  • 1/4 C cooked pumpkin
  • 1/4 C cooked sweet potato
  • 1/2 C milk or milk alternative
  • 1/4 C yogourt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg


  1. Combine pumpkin, sweet potato, milk and yogourt in blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add cinnamon and nutmeg, blend again until all combined. 
  3. Enjoy.
