Great way to start the day--pumpkin and sweet potato smoothie, full of Vitamin A.
- 1/4 C cooked pumpkin
- 1/4 C cooked sweet potato
- 1/2 C milk or milk alternative
- 1/4 C yogourt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Combine pumpkin, sweet potato, milk and yogourt in blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Add cinnamon and nutmeg, blend again until all combined.
